Patient Services Associate

Job Summary

Answering incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments, the full-time Patient Services Associate will manage scheduling and pre-registration tasks while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule Radiology appointments through incoming calls and communicate with patients and referring physician offices
• Follow standardized scripts to gather and provide necessary information during scheduling and pre-registration calls
• Enter patient data accurately into the computer system and escalate calls to supervisors as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and experience working with physicians, patients, and coworkers
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
