Job Summary
To support a busy Radiology department, the full-time Patient Services Associate will manage incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, ensuring high-quality customer service and accurate data entry in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule Radiology appointments by answering incoming calls and contacting patients and referring physicians
- Follow standardized scripts to gather and provide necessary information during scheduling and pre-registration calls
- Enter patient data into applicable computer systems while ensuring accuracy and completeness
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
- Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
