Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Patient Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining best practices in the Revenue Cycle Management process
• Provide support for patients and clinicians regarding billing workflow issues
• Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to resolve denials and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle practices, preferably in behavioral healthcare
• Preferred 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management or patient financial services
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of EMR applications (e.g., Athena, Mahler)
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
