Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to support their Radiology Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and clinics with coordinating, making, rescheduling, and canceling Radiology imaging studies
• Provide accurate information regarding test preparation, arrival times, and directions while confirming patient demographic and insurance information
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain departmental standards for quality and volume

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of related experience
• No specific license or certification required
• Ability to work remotely with a home office setup and maintain a high-speed internet connection
• Associate degree preferred
