Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Patient Services Coordinator will manage telephonic outreach, medication scheduling, and data analysis while working in a hybrid environment of two days onsite and three days remote in New Providence, NJ.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic outreach for patient education, adherence support, and retention
  • Schedule medication and supply deliveries while collaborating with nursing and outside agencies
  • Analyze reports and participate in retention and discharge committee meetings to ensure program success
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business preferred
  • Strong data analysis and organizational skills
  • Experience with patient admissions in a referral source-based practice setting preferred
  • Customer service experience in a Pharmacy Specialty or healthcare services business is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with infusion therapy patients is highly desirable
