Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with patients, providers, and caregivers to provide enrollment services and coordinate access to therapies
• Handle inbound phone inquiries, determine support programs, and process orders
• Ensure all program correspondence meets quality standards and resolve claim denials

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or similar fields
• General knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Developing professional expertise and ability to apply company policies and procedures
