Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with patients, providers, and caregivers to provide enrollment services and coordinate access to therapies
- Handle inbound phone inquiries, determine support programs, and process orders
- Ensure all program correspondence meets quality standards and resolve claim denials
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or similar fields
- General knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Developing professional expertise and ability to apply company policies and procedures
