Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or related fields
• Experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
