Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative II to manage patient registration and enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients during the registration process to ensure a positive experience
• Accurately obtain and enter demographic, financial, and medical information into the electronic health system
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist with referrals and paperwork related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of related customer experience, preferably in healthcare required
• Experience in scheduling or pre-registering patients is preferred
• Prior call center experience may be considered
