Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide services to patients, providers, and caregivers, including enrollment activities and program inquiries
• Coordinate access to therapies and handle pharmacy triage, order processing, and follow-up activities
• Ensure quality standards in communication and documentation while resolving customer requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, or related fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow defined standard operating procedures
