Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative in Practice Operations for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient phone calls and make outgoing collection calls regarding balances due
• Resolve patient questions and conduct account investigations, follow-ups, and collections on self-pay balances
• Perform other duties as assigned related to patient services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a medical office related to Patient Services Department and Central Eligibility Team
