Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative II - Call Center (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle over 100 calls per day, assisting with scheduling appointments and taking detailed messages
- Understand insurance processes and referrals while multitasking between different providers' protocols
- Use independent judgment to determine the urgency of matters that need to be addressed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Call Center or Front Desk experience preferred
- Prior experience and knowledge of insurance preferred
- Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
