Job Summary

- Handle over 100 calls per day, assisting with scheduling appointments and taking detailed messages

- Multitask effectively between various office and provider protocols
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; call center/front desk experience preferred
- Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance preferred
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and handle challenging situations effectively
- Experience using personal computers and relevant software applications
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to establish effective relationships
