Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts for Self Pay accounts receivable and work with patients to resolve payment issues
• Mentor peers and conduct educational sessions to enhance team skills
• Continuously develop skills and take on projects to support departmental processing needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• One year of prior Revenue Cycle experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and computer skills
• Experience in healthcare billing, insurance, and knowledge of Epic required
• Customer service experience is essential
