Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone customer service, schedule and register patient appointments, and handle communications and patient information
  • Assist new members with service explanations and update patients on referral or authorization statuses
  • Resolve patient issues with a focus on first call resolution and maintain control of communication during interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or GED required upon hire
  • No prior experience required upon hire
  • Preferred: 1 year of higher education/college
