Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide administrative support and enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone customer service, schedule appointments, and handle patient information including demographics and insurance verification
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and pre-registrations while ensuring compliance with department guidelines
