Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide administrative support and enhance patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone customer service, schedule appointments, and handle patient information including demographics and insurance verification
- Process referrals, authorizations, and pre-registrations while ensuring compliance with department guidelines
- Assist patients with inquiries and facilitate issue resolution to achieve first call resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) upon hire
