• Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally
• Review accounts and take appropriate actions, including obtaining insurance information and processing payments
• Perform pre-verifications for eligibility and communicate Patient Services issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
• Previous call center experience is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
