Job Summary

To support a growing call center team, the full-time Patient Services Representative will manage patient communications, resolve account issues, and provide exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment with a schedule of 10:30 AM to 8 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from patients, guarantors, and insurance companies, providing accurate information and resolving account issues
  • Educate callers on insurance billing and payment options while documenting all interactions according to best practices
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on past due balances and advise patients on account-related information
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally, accurately, and concisely
  • Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to problem-solving
  • Positive and encouraging attitude
  • Access to a reliable home internet connection that meets company criteria
