Job Summary
To support efficient clinic operations, the part-time Patient Services Representative will manage phone customer service, schedule patient appointments, and handle sensitive patient information while working remotely with occasional on-site training or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and register patient appointments, ensuring efficient handling of communications across various channels
- Resolve patient inquiries and issues with a focus on first call resolution, escalating matters as necessary
- Maintain clear communication with patients and healthcare providers regarding referrals, authorizations, and exam preparation instructions
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED upon hire
- Proficiency in managing sensitive patient information and communications
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
