Job Summary

To support daily clinic operations, the part-time Patient Services Representative will manage patient check-in, appointment scheduling, charge posting, and cash management while ensuring a positive experience for patients in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily clinic preparation processes, including patient identification and registration
  • Manage incoming patient care requests, referrals, and telephone communications
  • Accurately report medical information and secure prior authorizations as needed
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with general office equipment
  • Proficiency in insurance coverage rules and eligibility requirements
  • Successful completion of mandatory insurance training and competency refreshers
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
