Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Patient Services Representative, the successful candidate will manage patient/client calls, review accounts for appropriate actions, and perform pre-verifications to ensure eligibility while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience
  • Review accounts to obtain insurance information, process payments, and refer accounts as necessary
  • Perform pre-verifications to determine eligibility and manage claims submissions
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
  • Previous call center experience is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
