Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Patient Services Representative will manage patient/client calls, review accounts for necessary actions, and perform pre-verifications while ensuring a positive experience for all callers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally, ensuring a positive impression
  • Review accounts to obtain insurance information, process payments, and refer accounts as needed
  • Perform pre-verifications for eligibility and claims submission
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
  • Previous call center experience is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts preferred
