Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Patient Services Representative will manage patient/client calls, review accounts for necessary actions, and perform pre-verifications while ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally, ensuring a positive impression
- Review accounts to obtain insurance information, process payments, and refer accounts as needed
- Perform pre-verifications for eligibility and claims submission
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
- Previous call center experience is highly desirable
- Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts preferred
