Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the part-time Patient Services Representative will manage patient calls, resolve inquiries, and update account information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and resolves patient/client calls, ensuring a positive experience
• Reviews accounts to gather insurance information and process payments or referrals
• Performs pre-verifications for eligibility and communicates Patient Services issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
• Ability to type a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
• Previous call center experience is highly desirable
• Fluency in Spanish, both oral and written, is a plus
