Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Patient Services Representative will manage communications with patients, guarantors, and insurance companies, resolving accounts efficiently while providing exceptional customer service during scheduled shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information regarding patient accounts, balances, and insurance billing
• Resolve billing errors and bring patient accounts to resolution through various payment options
• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures and protocols
