Job Summary

In a full-time capacity, the Patient Services Representative II will manage over 100 calls daily, assist with scheduling appointments, and take detailed messages according to provider protocols while multitasking between various offices and understanding insurance and referral processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Take detailed messages based on providers' written protocols
  • Utilize independent judgment to prioritize urgent versus routine matters
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Preferred experience in a call center or front desk environment
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes preferred
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and handle challenging situations
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software applications
