Job Summary

Handling over 100 calls daily, the full-time Patient Services Representative II will assist with scheduling appointments and taking detailed messages according to provider protocols while working remotely and managing multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with scheduling office, lab, and nurse appointments
  • Take detailed messages based on provider protocols and determine urgency of matters
  • Maintain effective relationships with patients and healthcare staff while addressing customer issues
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Prior call center or front desk experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes preferred
  • Ability to use personal computers and relevant software applications
  • Exceptional customer service skills with independent thinking and sound judgment
