Job Summary
Handling over 100 calls daily, the full-time Patient Services Representative II will assist with scheduling appointments and taking detailed messages according to provider protocols while working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist patients with scheduling office, lab, and nurse appointments
- Take detailed messages based on provider protocols and determine urgency of matters
- Maintain effective relationships with patients and healthcare staff while addressing customer issues
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Prior call center or front desk experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of insurance processes preferred
- Ability to use personal computers and relevant software applications
- Exceptional customer service skills with independent thinking and sound judgment
