Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Services Resolution Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to resolve billing issues and update patient information
- Provide excellent customer service while managing a high volume of calls from patients and insurance companies
- Document customer issues for analysis and liaise with collections to ensure accurate account management
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in call center, customer service, medical insurance, or billing is helpful
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic ICD-10 and CPT coding is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
