Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to resolve billing issues and update patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing a high volume of calls from patients and insurance companies
  • Document customer issues for analysis and liaise with collections to ensure accurate account management
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in call center, customer service, medical insurance, or billing is helpful
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic ICD-10 and CPT coding is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
