Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide triage for urgent calls
• Manage scheduling, pre-registration, and financial clearance for specialty procedures
• Communicate with patients and providers regarding insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and financial liabilities

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar healthcare role
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Experience in handling customer service issues and process improvements
• Familiarity with insurance verification and pre-certification processes
