Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to healthcare facilities and services
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments, classes, and navigating health applications
• Act as an informational resource and entry point for patients into the health system

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience interacting with customers virtually over the phone
• 1 year of technical support experience (preferred)
