Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to healthcare services and resources
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, physician navigation, and technical support for health applications
• Foster relationships with existing and prospective patients to enhance their experience within the health system

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience interacting with customers virtually over the phone
• Preferred: 1 year of technical support experience
