Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• 1+ years' experience in healthcare preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
