Job Summary

Providing patient-centered access to healthcare services, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, offer technical support for health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate appointment scheduling and navigation within the healthcare network
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Build and maintain relationships with patients seeking treatment

Required qualifications

• 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 or more years of experience interacting with customers virtually over the phone
