Job Summary

Providing patient-centered access to a complex healthcare network, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, offer technical support for health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate appointment scheduling and navigation for patients seeking care
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Nurture relationships with existing patients and assist new patients in accessing services

Required qualifications:

• 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 or more years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
