Job Summary

Providing patient-centered support, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, technical assistance with health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient access to healthcare services by coordinating appointments and classes
• Offer tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Nurture relationships with patients seeking treatment and provide personalized assistance

Required qualifications:

• 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 or more years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
