Job Summary

To support patient engagement, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will provide coordinated access to healthcare services, assist with appointment scheduling, and offer technical support for health applications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage patient interactions and provide navigation assistance within the healthcare network
  • Schedule appointments and classes while fostering relationships with patients
  • Deliver tier 1 technical support for patient health applications and serve as an informational resource
Required qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • 2 or more years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
