Patient Services Specialist

Job Summary

Providing patient-centered support, the full-time Patient Services Specialist in Patient Engagement will manage appointment scheduling, assist with health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient access to healthcare services by scheduling appointments and classes
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Nurture relationships with existing patients and those seeking treatment

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
