Key responsibilities
- Facilitate coordinated access to healthcare services and resources for patients
- Provide tier 1 technical support and assistance with patient health applications
- Engage with patients to foster relationships and ensure a positive experience within the healthcare system
Required qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 2 years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone
