Job Summary

To provide patient-centered support, the full-time Patient Services Specialist in Patient Engagement will manage appointment scheduling, technical support for health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate coordinated access to healthcare services and resources for patients
• Provide tier 1 technical support and assistance with patient health applications
• Engage with patients to foster relationships and ensure a positive experience within the healthcare system

Required qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone
