Job Summary

Providing patient-centered access to healthcare services, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, offer technical support for health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient access to facilities, institutes, and clinics within the healthcare network
• Engage with patients to navigate healthcare services and schedule appointments
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications and resources

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
