Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Specialist I for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from patients regarding billing, account status, and payment options
• Respond to voicemails and calls from insurance companies, attorneys, and clients
• Verify and update patient demographics within the system

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required, Associates degree or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Customer service focus on both internal and external clients
