Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Patient Services Specialist I to provide customer service for patient medical billing inquiries remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding healthcare accounts receivables and ensure timely resolution
  • Research and educate patients on outstanding bills, assisting with payment arrangements and financial options
  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational policies while processing and documenting interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Three years of Call Center experience
  • One year of billing and coding experience
  • Six months of remote work experience
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Suite and online payment navigation
