Job Summary
Patient Services Strategy Director is a full-time position responsible for enhancing patient access and affordability programs, optimizing the patient and prescriber experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic vision for patient access programs and reimbursement hub services
- Oversee the governance and optimization of standard operating models, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Drive innovation and digital transformation within patient services to enhance scalability and patient engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PharmD, RN, PA)
- 9-12 years of experience in patient access, market access, or reimbursement strategy
- 5+ years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in payer systems and understanding of healthcare provider workflows
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulatory, compliance, and privacy frameworks
