Patient Services Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the operation of the Food & Nutrition Services Department, the full-time Patient Services Supervisor will manage patient meal assembly and delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and address patient inquiries regarding menu options in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure patient and client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations
• Interact with nursing staff to evaluate meal selection and oversee the tray delivery and retrieval process
• Resolve patient concerns or complaints and assist with all food service-related activities

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of food service experience in relevant settings such as healthcare, restaurants, or corporate dining
• Knowledge of food trends with a focus on quality, sanitation, and food cost controls
• Supervisory and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• ServSafe Certification is preferred
