Patient Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility, the full-time Patient Services Supervisor will manage a team of patient service representatives, implement standard protocols, and ensure high-quality medical services while working in a hybrid remote environment in Lenexa, KS.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient services and operational efficiencies
• Standardize workflows and SOPs to maintain consistency and achieve departmental goals
• Manage Patient Management and Document Management staff, supporting HR functions such as recruitment and performance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in managing a healthcare operation
• Infusion background is required
• 3-5 years of managerial experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CPR+ and/or Caretend is preferred
• Ability to identify and address problem accounts effectively
