Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Solutions Representative II will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with billing, insurance, and account-related inquiries while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication on medical billing and insurance queries
  • Resolve questions related to claims, EOBs, and account balances while achieving first call resolution
  • Utilize EMR systems to research issues and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Experience in health insurance, payer customer service, or medical billing/claims is highly preferred
  • Ability to clearly explain insurance benefits, claims, and EOBs
  • Experience managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus
