Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
- Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system
- Experience with remote patient monitoring support is a plus
- Prior experience working in a metrics-driven position and with Medicare patients
- Ability to work in a remote environment and willingness to receive and provide feedback
