Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assistance to patients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Educate patients on the features and benefits of technology products and services
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-channel help desk support interacting directly with consumers
  • Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or health system support
  • Experience with remote patient monitoring support is a plus
  • Prior experience in a metrics-driven position
  • Familiarity with Medicare patients is preferred
