Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to patients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate patients on the features and benefits of technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in multi-channel help desk support interacting directly with consumers
- Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or health system support
- Experience with remote patient monitoring support is a plus
- Prior experience in a metrics-driven position
- Familiarity with Medicare patients is preferred
