Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate to provide support to patients in a remote monitoring program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate customers on the use of technology products and services related to their care
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
- Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or health system support
- Prior experience working with Medicare patients
- Experience in a metrics-driven position
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a remote work setting
