Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate to provide support to patients in a remote monitoring program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Educate customers on the use of technology products and services related to their care
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
  • Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or health system support
  • Prior experience working with Medicare patients
  • Experience in a metrics-driven position
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a remote work setting
