Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate to provide support to patients in a remote monitoring program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
- Background in customer-facing healthcare roles, such as advocacy or insurance
- Experience with remote patient monitoring support is a plus
- Prior experience working in a metrics-driven position
- Experience working with Medicare patients
