Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assistance to patients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Educate patients on the features and benefits of technology products and services
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as necessary


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting with consumers
  • Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or health systems
  • Experience with remote patient monitoring is a plus
  • Familiarity with working in a metrics-driven position
  • Experience working with Medicare patients is preferred
