Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Patient Success Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to patients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate patients on the features and benefits of technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting with consumers
- Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or health systems
- Experience with remote patient monitoring is a plus
- Familiarity with working in a metrics-driven position
- Experience working with Medicare patients is preferred
