Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products to enhance their usage
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
- Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or insurance
- Experience working with Medicare patients
- Previous metrics-driven work experience
- Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback
