Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products to enhance their usage
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
  • Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, such as advocacy or insurance
  • Experience working with Medicare patients
  • Previous metrics-driven work experience
  • Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback
