Patient Success Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Success Coordinator to manage customer and patient experiences on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee home-based orders to ensure timely service delivery
• Assist in scheduling services and communicate with patients and ordering entities
• Monitor operational metrics and address patient inquiries promptly

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Experience in medical terminology is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
